“Mommy.”

Ida frowned. She was amidst a steamy dream where Drew was behind her. She bit her lip and sighed. Why would Luna be in this dream?

“Mommy, wake up.”

Ida’s breath froze in her chest. She cracked open one eye and found her daughter kneeling beside her bed. Her playful big brown eyes were staring at her waiting for her to wake up.

“Hey, baby. I’m up.” Ida held the blanket to her naked frame as she sat up slightly. She held back a wince from the discomfort between her legs. It was a welcome pain when she thought of her night with Drew. He was larger than she had expected, but she was only too happy to jump up to the challenge of accepting him.

Speaking of Drew.

She glanced over at the side of the bed he’d slept on. Not that there was much sleeping. She breathed a sigh of relief. Eventually, there would need to be a discussion of the birds and bees with Luna, but this morning wouldn’t have been the time.

“Uncle Doctor is cooking breakfast and told me to wake you up so we can eat,” Luna giggled.

“He did what?” Ida gasped. The man had rocked her world last night and was thoughtful enough to not be in her bed when her daughter woke up and cooked breakfast.

She was practically in love.

“He made pancakes and stuff. Come on, mommy. I’m hungry.” Luna tugged at her hand, trying to get her out of bed.

“Okay. I’m coming. Let me throw some clothes on. I’ll be right there,” Ida promised.

“Okie dokie.” Luna skipped out of the room and shut the door behind her. Ida swung her legs to the side of the bed and winced once she stood. Muscles she didn’t remember having screamed at the torture of her walking to her closet. She wouldn’t have time for a quick shower. She threw on a pair of leggings and a t-shirt. She rushed to the bathroom and almost hollered at her reflection. She looked like a woman who had been well fucked. Her hair stood up everywhere, her eyes looked glazed over, and her erect nipples were overly sensitive. Her cotton shirt was wreaking havoc on them. A shiver rippled down her spine. Maybe she should put a bra on.

She groaned at the thought. What sane woman wore a bra in her own house? She quickly scrapped that idea. Drew had licked, sucked, and touched every inch of her body. Ida’s gaze fell to her neck where Drew had marked her. She hadn’t had a hickie since she was much younger. She reached up and gently caressed the darkened area. Her core clenched from the memory that appeared.

There was nothing she needed to hide from him. She quickly made herself presentable before leaving out of the bathroom.

Ida’s stomach growled. She made her way into the kitchen. Her feet paused at the entrance as she took in Drew standing in front of her stove. Music played from his phone that sat on the counter. His head bopped to the beat while he flipped a couple of pancakes over.
